This pillow sounds kind of soothing or kind of disturbing, especially if "The Tell-Tale Heart" freaked you out. The 14-inch heart-shaped pillow has an electronic mechanism inside that mimics a beating heart. It beats at a slow, relaxed rate that's supposed to help you chill out. Maybe I should get one of these for work.

I really like the colorful design on this throw pillow by Thomas Paul. I think if I had this on my couch it would be easier to make believe that I was in a beach-side hut drinking a coconut beverage and being fanned by palm leaves.

This sizable, 18-inch wide throw pillow is very detailed and colorful for the price. It's made of cotton, and the front is completely covered with soft wool embroidery (otherwise known as crewel embroidery). I like how the stitch work makes it almost looks like a painting.

I really dig DwellStudio's bedding, but its stuff is usually out of my price range. That's why I was excited to see that the company designed a line of bedding for Target. The flora on this cotton comforter from Target reminds me a lot of the Hedgerow Persimmon Duvet Set ($264). You can find more of the Target DwellShop designs here.

While the birds on this silk twill throw pillow are technically goldfinches, not lovebirds, it looks pretty romantic to me. It makes me want to bake heart-shaped cupcakes. The pillow, designed by Thomas Paul, is 18 inches wide and filled with a mix of feathers and down.

These cushy 300-thread-count linens are decorated with a fun blue marigold pattern from Marimekko of Finland. The fluffy marigolds make the bed look especially soft and serene.

Use these pillowcases printed with chandelier silhouettes, and maybe you'll have dreams of fancy masquerade balls (try the finger food--it's calorie-free!). Or maybe you'll get one of the great dreams I've had a few times where you find a fabulous secret room in your apartment.

I like the loud pop-art rose pattern on this 18-inch cotton throw pillow. The back of the pillow is a little different, showing parts of four flowers from the pattern. The outside is removable and washable.

I love the bright color and cool pattern of this shiny quilt. It definitely brightens up a room. Plus, It's made of 180-thread-count cotton. This could (maybe, possibly) be because I'm kind of cold right now, but I thought I heard it call my name.

Twinkle Living sells some pretty cool stuff, including a rad unicorn blanket. I'm also a fan of this fun throw pillow with different sized ovals in pink and black. You can also buy one with kelly green and navy ovals. It definitely spruces up a plain couch.
