XOXO Ring

This chunky XOXO ring by artist Tamara Shea is so lovey dovey. It measures three-fourths of an inch across and is made using clay, acrylic paint, and a hand-carved stamp. The ring is available in four different colors. I heart its distressed, two-tone look.

Chalcedony Barrels and Vermeil Earrings

I love the beautiful color of the chalcedony stones on these cute earrings. They remind me of the way the ocean looked the day my friend and I went beach hopping in Puerto Rico. Also, if you order more than $40 worth of stuff from A Pretty Rock before Valentine's Day, you get these heart earrings free (while supplies last).

The Flowers Warhol Factory Tote

Loop Design makes some pretty awesome bags. I especially like this tote from its Warhol Factory collection. It features one of his iconic poppy paintings that got him sued. (The paintings were based on a photo taken by someone else.) The bag also comes with a cool banana-shaped coin purse.

Butterfly Wing Glass Necklace

My first thought when I saw this necklace, made of a wing from a Scarlet Swallowtail butterfly, was, How pretty. My second thought was, Wait, is this person murdering butterflies? No, the artist from Popko, who makes these necklaces, lives near a butterfly conservatory where they "lived in a happy garden until they naturally expired." That makes me feel better about wanting to wear this pretty locket.

Teardrop Bead Earrings

I don't think there's such a thing as too many earrings, especially at less than $4.00 a pair. These dangly earrings, which are more than two inches long, have brown and magenta beads cut in a cool shape that reminds me of star bits on Super Mario Galaxy (I'm addicted). They also come in olive and teal.

$3.80, Forever 21

Murano Heart Clustered Bracelet

I like the way the pink and gold beads look together on this pretty bracelet. The gold beads are made of Murano glass with gold leaves inside, and the chain is 24-karat gold plated. The only cheesy thing is the shiny pink heart dangling from the end. But if it's a Valentine's Day gift, maybe it's not so bad.

We Dream in Colour Nature Drops

I can't really explain why I like adorning myself with leaf designs. Maybe it dates back to the laurels worn in ancient times. Or the clovers we used to string together in the yard. In any case, I like these pretty blue leaf earrings. They're long (about four inches) and elegant, fashioned out of brass with 18 karat gold plating.

Peacock Bangle

The peacock feather design on this plastic ivory bangle is so dramatic. I like the way the wispy barbs of the feather overlap and intertwine. And the blue eye in the middle gives the design a splash of color.

Becca Single Stone Earring

Agapantha makes these pretty hoops with a variety of different stones, including blue jade, moonstone, hot pink jade, and smoky quartz. I think my favorites are the citrine stones (shown here). I like their golden glow.

$58.00, Agapantha

Smoke and Mirrors Earrings

These earrings are so sparkly and beautiful. They're made of gray topaz and a round-cut smoky quartz. I love how the cut of the stones makes them glimmer in the light. They are available with either sterling silver or gold-fill parts.

Pearl Ruby Fringe Earrings

I've never really been that into pearls, but I'm kind of obsessed with the pearl jewelry from Michele Lynne Designs. I think these small earrings, which measure a little less than an inch long, have a beautiful combination of freshwater pearls and ruby beads.

Cecile Patent Diva Clutch

I think everyone needs a "diva" clutch, don't you? I like how this one, which is made of shiny red vinyl and measures 13 inches across, has a cool pattern stitched into it. It kind of looks like a fingerprint. Or maybe waves. Or a Rorschach test. Whatever you think it looks like, it's fierce.

$29.95, Wrapables

Retro Tree Ring

If you don't mind drawing attention to your fingers, this chunky turquoise ring by artist Tamara Shea is fun and loud. It measures an inch across and is made using clay, acrylic paint, and a hand-carved stamp.

$15.00, Etsy

Fused Glass Necklace

I like the combination of colors in this pretty glass pendant, made by Amy Burhoe, which hangs on an 18-inch sterling silver chain. It could add a pop of color to your winter whites.

$25.00, Orange Button

Starry Rainbow Pouch

These zippy, faux-leather rainbow pouches make me smile. They just look so happy. They're bigger than a coin purse, about nine inches long, so you can use it as a wallet or a smiley tampon case.
