This is a nice little decorative pillow, designed by Thomas Paul, who apparently loves birds as much as I do. The outside is cotton (it unzips so you can wash it), and the inside is stuffed with feather down. It measures a little under one foot by two feet, and it would look great thrown on a chair or a bed.
