Thomas Paul Notebook Trio

How cute are these three little four by six inch notebooks designed by Thomas Paul? Each one has a different fun pattern. Besides the grouping seen here, there are two other cool groupings of three to choose from, and I kind of love them all. In each group, you get one notebook with lined paper, one with graph paper, and one that's totally blank.

Journey’s End Necklace

This little necklace is so gorgeous. I love the two inch long pendant made of carved cinnabar. I also like the polished onyx beads that cover the entire 16-inch strand.

Magnet Birds

I want to cover my fridge with birds! This set comes with eight bird magnets, including a cardinal, a bluebird, a robin, and several other birds that I can't identify. Each one is about two inches tall and four inches across. They're made out of foam and feathers.

Franco Sarto Card Patent Flat

I bought these red patent leather shoes last week when Nordstrom was having a big sale, and I really adore them. They're so shiny and bright. I basically decided I needed some more colorful footwear after watching a What Not to Wear marathon.

Woodsy Woods Shower Curtain

I think I'd feel a bit like Eve while showering in this clear vinyl shower curtain with a forest scene painted on. It's fitting too, because instead of being tempted to eat an apple, I'm usually just tempted to take too long in the shower.

Cardinal Necklace

These sweet necklaces from Imooi are made from stainless steel and resin. Each pendant is about an inch and a half long. I like how Imooi used more than one color to create each silhouette.

Luxe Link Purse Holder

At restaurants, this keeps your purse off the dirty floor and off the back of your chair where pickpockets can reach it. The center part sits on the top of a table and the links around it unfold to become a hook. This little two-inch disc can suspend a handbag weighing up to nine pounds. (Unfortunately, I think mine weighs 40 pounds.)

Umbra Ether Metal Frame

This nickel box frame is also pretty cool. It has four layers of glass, and you tape photos to three of the layers to create this kind of floating photo collage. Thewhole thing measures eight inches by nine and a half inches.

$25.00, Amazon.com

Thin Box Frames

These deep picture frames are so pretty. I especially like the way they look in a big cluster. They range from three-inch squares to eight-by-ten rectangles. My favorite is the oval frame.

Dwell Chinoiserie Duvet Set

I'm a big fan of this duvet set. It's covered with birds and flowers, which are reminiscent of a cool botany or zoology field guide. Plus, it's made of 320-thread-count cotton and comes with two matching shams.

Michael Kors Denim Pencil Skirt

I don't usually go for denim, but this dark knee-length skirt is so slimming and cute that I actually dropped what I was doing and went to Macy's to try it on. The pockets in the front are faux, but the back pockets are real.

$79.50, Macy's

Square Neck Flutter-Sleeve Top

I like the shape of this mostly cotton top. It's comfortable and casual, but also feminine. You can also buy it in off-white, gray, or black.

Yak Pak Fuji Wristlet

These little clutches are so funky and cool. They're a little less than a foot wide and come in 30 different fun patterns. There are a lot of cute bird patterns. If you're into kitsch, there's even a funny pattern with rainbows and unicorns.

$28.30, Yak Pak

Flying Cranes Necklace

I love the bright pattern on this necklace. The pendant is a carved mother of pearl shell covered in ornate Japanese Yuzen paper. It hangs on an 18-inch leather cord.

Herringbone Mary Jane Ballet Flat

Speaking of autumn, these darling herringbone Mary Janes need to be part of my fall wardrobe. They have rubber soles and come in gray or khaki (seen here).
