These are great for when you want to play that cool new song you put on your iPod for someone, but don’t like the idea of your precious earbuds going in his ears. Ick. These speakers are a little less than five inches wide when folded.

Radio Shack has some just like these; only they’re not red/orange and they’re cheaper. Great for travel but not the best sound.
