Plueys Lotsa Dots Galoshes

I wouldn't mind getting caught in a downpour in a pair of these puddle stompers. They are so cute, you could wear them all day. Maybe even plan outfits around them. $55.00, Plueys

Skull Shadow Box

Those folks at Urban Decay sure do know what they're doing when it comes to sparkly eye shadow. I probably wear Midnight Cowboy, Chopper, and Oil Slick the most. I was kind of surprised by how much a sparkly black eye shadow can glam up your look. And check out that rad skull case. Maybe your friends will think it's poison and keep their grubby little hands to themselves. $34.00, Urban Decay

Mediterranean Fig Soap

I like Pacifica's glycerin soaps because they smell a little strong and spicy. They aren't perfume-y, though, and the scent fades when you rinse off. My favorite is this Mediterranean Fig, which is heavy on the sandalwood. It makes my whole bathroom smell nice.

$6.95, Pacifica

Singles Place Card Holders

These crack me up. I like the idea of having a formal soiree with place card holders that say "tease" and "heartbreaker." I imagine it becomes a little uncomfortable, though, when all of the inscriptions only really refer to one friend. Hypothetically speaking, of course. $35, Plum Party

Candeloo

They're like glowing slugs. Only cuter and without the yucky slime. They're actually rechargeable lights you can throw around the room for some easy ambiance. $49.00 for two, Vessel

Lucky Peacock Boxed Notes

I don't know what's so "lucky" about them, but I am close to convincing myself that if I had a box of these pretty peacock note cards I would transform into one of those people who takes the time to send off little handwritten missives to friends and relatives. At least it's only a $12 delusion. $12, Luxe Paperie

Awake Stardom Lipstick

This is my favorite lipstick. It goes on smooth and creamy, and the Daphne Pink shade is a subtle, soft pink color. It makes my lips look great. Awake Stardom lipstick is also great for those moments when you want to get dramatic with your eye makeup.

$24.00, Drugstore.com

Modern Cuckoo Clock

I'm crazy for this little clock. The cuckoo bird swapped its rustic digs for a hot pink contempo pad. I like that bird's style. $68.00, Chiasso

Vy & Elle Town Traveler Bag

Vy & Elle takes used vinyl billboards and seatbelts and whips up totally cute handbags. How cool is that? I like this one because it's big enough that I can cram all of my magazines into it.

$68.00, Greenloop

Luminos Dominos

I have a soft spot for dominos. This definitely isn't the nicest set I've seen (the pieces are plastic with stickers on 'em), but I love the fun design. Now, if only I could make a career of adding up multiples of five...

$32 for three, Plum Party

The Eggling

Why would anyone want to grow a plant in an eggshell, you ask? Because. They just do. Don't knock this miracle of life. What we should really be asking ourselves is why more things don't come in eggshells.

$8.95, Elsewares.com

White Lion Tea

How innocent I was when I first tried this tea. I had no idea I would become a hopeless addict. I especially like the ginger peach and black current varieties. It sure beats the heck out of Twinings. $10.95, White Lion Tea

Umbra Silhouette Mirror

I think almost anyone looks better in a field of wildflowers. And even if they don't, this mirror is just really cute. $250.00, ShopFosters.com

Devil Duckies

Sometimes, after a rough day, you just need a long bath. And sometimes, after a really rough day, you need the kind of comfort that only an army of evil rubber ducks can provide. $8.95 for six, Archie McPhee

Gloveables Polka Dot Dish Gloves

If using these dish gloves is wrong, I don't want to be right. I like how they bring a hint of glamour to an otherwise abominable task. $14.95, Sur La Table
